I am excited to be a part of the Carriage House Theater’s Summer 2013 season. I am a native of St. George Utah, and have obtained my Associates of Science Degree from Dixie State University, and have been accepted for this fall to study Music Dance Theater at Brigham Young University - Provo. I served last summer as a Young Performing Missionary in Nauvoo, Illinois and had an incredible experience in seeing how music and the arts can truly touch people’s lives, and it has inspired me to continue to pursue the arts. Music has always been a big part of my life, but I also enjoy gymnastics, volleyball, and doing yard work in the sun. Favorite roles include Oliver in “Oliver Twist”, David in “The Price of Freedom,” and Captain Dan Jones in “High Hopes and River Boats.” I would like to thank my wonderful family for their incredible love and support, as well as my Father in Heaven for the wonderful gifts and talents he has been given.

I am so excited to be making my debut at the Carriage House Theatre this year! I am a native of Alpine, Utah, and attend BYU as a Junior majoring in Music Dance Theatre. Favorite credits include “Gangster” in The Drowsy Chaperone, “Charlie” in Brigadoon, “Hannibal” in The Curious Savage, and “Tommy” in The Music Man. BYU credits include Merrily We Roll Along and Broadway Revue. In my opinion, anything can be made better with music, a sunny day, or cheesecake. I would like to thank my amazing family for their undying support as well as my Heavenly Father for all of the opportunities that I have had pursuing his dreams. My motto: Follow your dreams, keep it real, and rock it out!

The Carriage House Theatre is my favorite part about summer and I am so excited to be back! Some of my favorite roles I have played at the CHT were Sandy in Grease, Miss Dorothy in Thoroughly Modern Millie and Princess Winnifred in Once upon a Mattress. For the past few years I have been studying accounting at BYU - Hawaii. I have also been blessed while at BYU – I with the opportunity to be a part of a musical theatre group - Broadway Cabaret and am currently the Captain of the BYUH Seasider Spirit team. I am so grateful for my husband and number one fan, I couldn’t do what I do without his constant support!

After taking a year off from the stage, I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back. Being able to work with a group of people as talented and dedicated as the ones here at Carriage House Theatre is the best welcome back I can imagine: a true inspiration. Notable roles include Ren, from Footloose and Moonface Martin, from Anything Goes. I spent my last two summers as a main stage performer at Fort Steele Heritage Town. This fall I will be off to school at Capilano University to study acting for the stage and screen.

am so excited to be back at the Carriage House Theatre for a second summer! I recently graduated from the Theatre Performance and Creation program at Red Deer College, where I performed as Jonathan Harker in Dracula and Theseus in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. My most memorable theatre experience is being able to promote social action through theatre by touring several elementary schools performing a show about friendship and bullying. I feel extremely blessed to be able to work with such a talented and accomplished cast and production team this summer and I am very grateful for a wonderful supportive family.

This is my first year at the Carriage House Theatre, and I am very happy to be a part! I am a Utah native, born and raised. With 6 brothers, 2 sisters, and a whole gang of little ones (and not-so-little ones) who call me “Uncle Jack” I have the best fan club a person could ask for! I have spent the last several years in the Family Studies program at Weber State University, but due to my love for the arts I am looking forward to switching to BYU Provo’s Music Dance Theatre department in the fall. This summer I am so excited to play Chad in All Shook up, and to fulfill a childhood dream of playing the role of Marius in Les Miserables!
